Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in project coordination/management in electrical sectors.
• Knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, substations, protection systems.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with ABB products, IEC standards, and Indonesian project environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills for cross-functional work.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SAP, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of medium-size electrical distribution and electrification projects.
• Assist in ensuring activities meet procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control project activities to achieve objectives.
• Track progress, resources, schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders for successful execution.
• Support project documentation, contract administration, change management, and close-out.
