ABB is seeking an experienced Operations/Project Manager in Indonesia to oversee local unit operations, including project management, manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, quality, and logistics. You will align action plans with divisional strategy and ensure health and safety and integrity standards across the site.

You will lead project teams, manage execution plans, coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and recover troubled projects for the Local Division.

Formación

Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
Accredited qualification in Business Management is added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of total engineering and project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills; proven success in delivering complex process-industry projects.

Responsabilidades

Oversee the operational aspects of local units, including project management and control, project engineering, manufacturing, production engineering, maintenance, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and planning.
Lead the project team, establish execution approach and oversee hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring with internal and external resources.
Contribute to continuous improvement of policies and work instructions by adopting best practices and lessons learned.
Lead project recovery efforts for troubled projects on behalf of the Local Division.
