Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Specialist to plan and execute process improvements, collaborate with leadership, and analyze data to drive productivity. The role requires mapping business processes and presenting findings to executives, while ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain, familiarity with improvement techniques, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in Logistic & Supply chain.
• Familiar with solutions design and process improvement techniques.
• Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or Assistant Manager of relevant business experience.
• Able to create, present and analyze data using Ms. Excel.
• Ability to mapping business process in detail.
• Ability to find improvement ideas with any improvement techniques/mothod.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Organized, flexible and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines.
• English (Fluent in verbal and written)
