Job summary

Marcus Evans Group is recruiting experienced facilitators for ME Perform to deliver live online sessions (90–150 minutes) based on a prepared design. You will work with senior audiences, manage dynamic groups, and be paid for preparation time within the session fee.

This delivery role emphasizes exceptional in-room performance, potential accreditation, and growth into follow-up coaching with the same group across sessions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of substantial experience in facilitating live learning for professional audiences.
• Strong online delivery skills with comfortable breakout groups and engagement.
• Ability to deliver material you did not write within a given structure.
• Skilled in giving direct, useful feedback to adults in group settings.
• Reliable and punctual with accurate session notes and administration.
• Fluent, credible professional English for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live sessions to a designed structure with consistent high standard.
• Prepare from the written brief at least five working days before each session.
• Run structured practice, facilitate small groups, and provide coaching in the moment.
• Manage the room with diverse participant dynamics and debate when needed.
• Submit brief session notes within 48 hours for ongoing refinement.
• Participate in accreditation before first client session and remain open to feedback.
