Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of teaching or instructional roles.
• At least 2 years focused on online pedagogy or coaching educators in online environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Provide expert coaching and mentoring to educators on online teaching methodologies.
• Guide faculty in designing engaging online courses with instructional design practices.
• Assist educators in selecting and implementing educational technologies for online learning.
• Support strategies to foster student engagement and community in virtual classrooms.
• Coach educators on online assessments and providing constructive feedback.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify professional development requirements.
• Develop and deliver workshops and webinars on online pedagogy topics.
• Stay current with research in online learning and edtech trends.
