Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Senior Online Pedagogy Coach to empower educators in leveraging effective teaching strategies within virtual and blended environments. This fully remote role enables one-on-one and small-group coaching to elevate online instruction across Ruangguru's partner network.

You will guide educators in course design, student engagement, and online assessment, staying current with trends in educational technology and pedagogy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in teaching or instructional roles, with 2+ years in online pedagogy or coaching.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and online instructional design.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to adult learners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with LMS and online collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload.
• Experience in curriculum development or program evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert coaching to educators on online teaching methodologies.
• Guide faculty in designing engaging online courses with pedagogy and instructional design.
• Assist educators in selecting and implementing educational technologies.
• Support strategies for fostering student engagement in virtual classrooms.
• Coach educators on online assessments and constructive feedback.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify professional development requirements.
• Develop and deliver workshops and webinars on online pedagogy.
• Stay current with research and trends in online learning and educational technology.
• Facilitate a community of practice among educators focused on improving online teaching.
• Document coaching sessions and progress, providing reports to stakeholders.
