Job summary

RGE in Jakarta is seeking a QA Foreman to oversee quality assessments in our HTI plantation areas. You will coordinate QA activities, ensure QA measurements meet SOP standards, and report daily results to HO Planning and Plantation.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related field, has 1–2 years of relevant experience, and is willing to relocate to the job location. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainable resource management within our growing operations.

• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that quality measurements (QA) are carried out on all Plantation activities that have CPR.
• Ensure that the quality measurement results (QA Score) are in accordance with the actual field results.
• Ensure that Compt QA tracking history is updated.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the PQA Foreman to do assessments according to the Standard Operational Procedures that have been established in the PT TPL’s HTI area and do audit the results of plot assessments that have been carried out and report the results of the assessment to HO Planning and Plantation every day.
