Job summary

RGE seeks a Mill Operations Supervisor to oversee Palm Oil Mill operations in Sumatra. You will supervise mill parameters, coordinate external parties, drive improvements, and ensure safe, efficient production and logistics.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a related degree, and willingness to relocate. On-site leadership and reporting duties to optimize yields and costs are expected.

Responsibilities

• Contact external parties such as refinery, estate managers and suppliers for operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Oversee palm oil production, transport of FFB and other products, palm oil milling.
• Ensure flow-down of Company directions and decisions for operation.
• Maximize efficiency and minimize cost for mill operation.
• Review and ensure safety measures are planned and practiced at the mill.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
• Diligently monitor daily FFB grading.
• Supervise Estate Manager to discharge tasks diligently.
• Provide guidance on Estate Management (harvesting, maintenance, fertilizing, etc.).
• Maximize yield of the estate while minimizing cost.
• Procure additional FFB from various sources and coordinate transport & logistics.
• Coordinate with Logistics to schedule FFB reception for smooth mill operation.
• Complete monthly, quarterly and half-yearly reporting; HR & Admin duties.

• To coordinate with Logistics/Transportation to schedule the FFB reception for the smooth operation of the mill.
• To complete monthly, Quarterly and half-yearly Reporting. Human Resources & Administration reports and duties.

Requirements
