Job summary

RGE Pte Ltd invites applications for an Officer, Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) to support development, implementation, and maintenance of the QAMS, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and continuous improvement of quality processes.

The role involves drafting policies, conducting internal audits, CAPA investigations, tracking KPIs, and supporting external audits (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP+). A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years QA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management in manufacturing or process-oriented industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar international quality standards.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, FMEA).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Internal auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality management.

Job Qualifications

• Familiarity with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar).
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, FMEA).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Internal auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
