Job summary

Electrum is seeking a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead Electrum’s Odoo ecosystem across multiple business domains. You will own the end-to-end functional architecture of Odoo, drive large-scale process improvements, and guide cross-functional stakeholders in designing scalable workflows that support Electrum’s rapid operational growth.

You will serve as the primary functional expert for Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and People teams, ensuring Odoo remains robust,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IS, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP lead.
• Experience leading full-cycle Odoo implementations and cross-functional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead Odoo functional design across modules for scalability and maintainability.
• Define system architecture, workflows, and integration logic.
• Create functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and UAT cycles.
• Collaborate with developers to align functional requirements.
• Manage release cycles and rollout plans.
