Job summary

Diksha Technologies is seeking an Odoo Functional Developer/Consultant to join our ERP practice in Jakarta. The candidate will work with business users and IT teams to analyze requirements, map processes, and translate them into Odoo configurations for Finance and Sales modules.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo, strong analytical skills, and the ability to produce clear functional docs, test plans, and UAT scenarios. Indonesian locale preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Developer, Odoo Functional Consultant, ERP Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly Finance/Accounting and Sales modules.
• Good understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Experience in ERP/Odoo implementation is preferred.
• Ability to create functional documentation, business process flows, and requirements specifications.
• Experience with functional testing and UAT.
• Strong business analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical/development teams.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other technical concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Purchasing, Inventory, HR, or Manufacturing modules is an advantage.
