Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Odoo, ERP, or application development/support.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Community or Enterprise is preferred.
• Knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL and Odoo module/framework concepts.
• Understanding of ERP processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, or Manufacturing.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to communicate and work with business users, technical teams, and clients.
• Knowledge of API, Git, Linux, or server environments is an advantage.
• Comfortable using AI and Agentic AI tools to support daily work, problem-solving, documentation, analysis, and project activities.

The IT ERP Specialist (Odoo) is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the company's Odoo ERP system.

The role will work closely with business users, the Digital Solution team, developers, and external vendors to translate business requirements into practical Odoo solutions. The position will support standard Odoo configuration, customization, troubleshooting, testing, system changes, integrations, and user support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Odoo, ERP, or application development/support.
