Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior Delivery Engineer in Jakarta Selatan to lead end-to-end delivery of fixed wireless, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN and related enterprise networking projects for major ISP and enterprise clients.

The role emphasizes technical architecture, risk management and seamless integration of last-mile and backbone networks, with strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, telecommunications, or related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution delivery, network engineering, or technical implementation in ICT/telecom/ISP.
• Hands-on expertise with FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, and enterprise networking.
• Strong understanding of backbone networks and SDN architectures.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination with ISP and enterprise accounts.
• Design and manage architectures for FWA/FTTx/IP RAN/SDN/WLAN/SD-WAN/Firewall.
• Identify delivery risks and gaps during reviews.
• Collaborate with product engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, testing, and service readiness.
• Ensure high-performance integration between wireless access and backbone networks.
• Manage MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x in enterprise environments.
• Use proactive monitoring to improve customer satisfaction and identify enhancements.
• Engage customers with technical presentations, troubleshooting, and post-sales advisory.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery and service teams for project success.
