Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Senior Delivery Engineer in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, to lead end-to-end technical delivery for FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, and enterprise network projects. You will design architectures, manage risks, and coordinate across multiple engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with backbone networks.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x, plus fluent English; Mandarin is a plus. 5+ years in related roles; HCIE/CCIE is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecom, CS, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in Solution Delivery, Network Engineering, or technical implementation roles in ICT, telecom, or ISP industries.
• Hands-on experience with FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of backbone network infrastructure and SDN architectures.
• Proficiency in MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x.
• Ability to design and deliver complex enterprise or ISP network solutions.
• English fluency mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery and solution implementation.
• Design and manage architectures for FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and firewall.
• Identify delivery risks and gaps, and address customer pain points.
• Coordinate with product engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Support project implementation, testing, optimization, and service delivery.
• Ensure high-performance integration between wireless and backbone networks.
• Engage in technical presentations and post-sales advisory.
• Mentor technical teams and ensure project success.
