Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Delivery Engineer in Jakarta to lead end-to-end delivery and implementation of FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, and enterprise network projects for ISP and enterprise customers.

You will design architectures, manage delivery risks, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, ensure seamless integration of access and backbone networks, and drive high‑performance, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Delivery, Network Engineering, or technical implementation in ICT/telecom.
Hands-on experience with FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, Firewall.
Strong understanding of backbone networks and SDN architectures.
Proficiency in MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE‑x.
English fluency; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technical communication, solution delivery, and coordination with key ISP and enterprise accounts.
Design and manage technical solution architectures for FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, Firewall, and enterprise network projects.
Conduct technical solution reviews and proactively identify delivery risks and gaps.
Coordinate with product engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Support end-to-end project implementation, testing, and service delivery activities.
Ensure high-performance integration between wireless access technologies and backbone networks.
Collaborate with internal engineering, delivery, and service teams for project success.
