Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Delivery Engineer in Jakarta Selatan to lead end-to-end delivery of fixed wireless, fiber, and enterprise networking projects. You will architect solutions, manage risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration across last-mile and backbone networks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ICT/telecom solution delivery, hands-on experience with MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and SDN, and strong English communication. Mandarin is a plus; HCIE/CCIE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information tech, telecom, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years in solution delivery, network engineering, or technical implementation.
• Hands-on with FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, and enterprise networks.
• Strong understanding of backbone networks and SDN architectures.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus; HCIE/CCIE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and coordination with ISP/enterprise accounts.
• Design and manage architectures for FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and firewall.
• Identify risks and operational gaps; drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with product engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing, and service delivery.
• Ensure seamless integration between last-mile and backbone networks.
• Mentor technical teams and communicate under pressure.
• Provide technical advisory and post-sales support.
