Job summary

PT Alto Network seeks an experienced Network Operations lead to manage Level 2 activities across data-centre, branch, cloud-connectivity, and network-security environments. You will drive incident resolution, approved changes, preventive maintenance, and operational automation while mentoring junior engineers.

Success requires 5–8 years in network operations, strong TCP/IP, routing, and security fundamentals, and ability to translate technical issues into business impact for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and related field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in network operations, network support, or infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2 network operations to maintain availability, performance, security and recovery of enterprise network services.
• Coordinate daily network operations, incidents, service requests, maintenance and approved changes.
• Mentor junior engineers in troubleshooting, procedures, change execution, and documentation.
• Communicate network impact and recovery progress to stakeholders and ensure adherence to SLAs.
