Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing/switching.
• Exposure to tools like Wireshark, NMAP, packet captures, and logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day network operations support including incident handling and ticket closure.
• Monitor network infrastructure and coordinate responses to degradation or failures.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, and authentication issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis with internal teams, vendors and service providers.
• Operate and support enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WLAN, firewall and SD-WAN.
• Execute authorized configuration changes, maintenance and upgrades per change management.
• Support network hardware installation, migration, and rollout across regional offices.
• Participate in vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening activities.
• Contribute to regional network infrastructure deployments and projects from requirements to handover.
• Explore automation, programming and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve operations.

As part of the Network Operations team, you'll help keep network services across Sea's regional offices stable, secure, and reliable. The role is centered on operations and troubleshooting, with opportunities to contribute to infrastructure deployments, network projects, automation, and continuous service improvement.

• Provide day-to-day network operations support, including incident handling, service requests, troubleshooting, follow-up, escalation, and ticket closure.
• Monitor network infrastructure and services; identify potential degradation or failures and coordinate the appropriate response.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, authentication, and related infrastructure issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis, working with internal teams, local IT teams, service providers, and vendors to identify suitable workarounds and permanent solutions.
• Operate and support enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN, firewall, SD-WAN, VPN, and network authentication services.
• Execute authorized configuration changes, maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements in accordance with established change management processes.
• Support network hardware installation, migration, refresh, and rollout activities across regional offices.
• Participate in vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening activities.
• Participate in regional network infrastructure deployments and projects, including requirements gathering, technical review, implementation, testing, UAT/SIT support, handover, and project closure.
• Explore automation, programming, and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve network operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, architecture diagrams, and presentation materials for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience in networking or infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with core networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing and switching.
• Some exposure to troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, NMAP, packet captures, monitoring platforms, logs, and CLI utilities.
