Seven Retail seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-site expansion projects across its brands in Indonesia. You will manage end-to-end branches from planning to handover, coordinating diverse teams and partners to ensure timely delivery.

You will own budgets, timelines, and risk management while driving cost efficiency and quality. A leadership mindset and strong communication with stakeholders are essential to align projects with growth plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Background in strategic project planning, cost management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external vendors/contractors.
• Excellent problem-solving mindset — calm, structured, and solution-focused.
• Able to manage multiple projects across brands/locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of new branch development projects from planning to handover.
• Own project strategy, timeline, and budget across multiple brands and locations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams incl. Construction, Designer, QS, and Location Analyst.
• Drive cost efficiency, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Identify risks early and provide data-driven solutions to unblock issues.
• Serve as key decision-maker and escalation point for complex challenges.
• Collaborate with leadership to align projects with growth plans.
