Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining, processing industry, or consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of MIS, data analytics and technology transformation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: align technology projects with business goals and safety, productivity, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships across departments to ensure solutions address business needs.
- Business Process Optimization: analyze processes to optimize workflows and drive productivity gains.
- Solution Design and Development: work with technical teams to design and specify data-driven solutions.
- Change Management: guide adoption of technology solutions within the organization.
- Project Leadership: lead IT and analytics projects from initiation to delivery within scope and budget.
- Quality Assurance: test solutions and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
