Job summary

Interport Group in Jakarta is seeking a Business Performance & Strategy Analyst to support the Board and Fuel Ecosystem Director with performance reporting, budgeting and KPI development. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights to improve efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, build dashboards, monitor progress of action items, and deliver concise management reports to enable informed decisions in a fast-paced port and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Business Performance, Strategy & Planning, Business Analysis, Corporate Planning, PMO, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools to support business decision-making.
• Familiarity with SQL, SAP, ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Board of Directors in management reporting and consolidation of internal resources.
• Provide comprehensive management reporting to the Director of Fuel Ecosystem Business.
• Monitor and follow up on action items from Meeting Minutes (MoM) to ensure timely execution and alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track progress, maintain accountability, and provide updates on key initiatives and action plans.
• Cost analysis and support budgeting.
• Collect, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to monitor operational and financial performance.
• Support business performance mapping and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
