Job summary

Seeds Renewables is seeking a mining project professional to implement and supervise EHSR standards across a mine site in Indonesia, ensuring safe working conditions and productivity. The role covers life-of-mac mine planning, pit design, schedule execution, and regular reporting to regulators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• 1. Implementing and supervising Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring working environmental conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets.
• 2. Execute and monitor the implementation plan and schedule for entire life of mine for the project (establish assumptions to be used for mine planning, pit optimization, production scheduling Mine Capex) based on the process plants ore feed requirements.
• 3. Design the mining hill using all data geology such: block model, ore zone, ore type, grade distribution, stripping ratio, etc and provide regular interval cross section.
• 4. Conceptual design the pit in term of maximizes mining ore with considering to drainage plan, equipment capability, stripping ratio, disposal capacity and any engineering overviews.
• 5. Develop a reliable hill design with cut and back filling method to get overburden mass material balance (develop hill compartment) and able to visualize the mining hill and disposal developing sequence on the bench map.
• 6. Prepare and design workable mine plan (short term, medium term, long term) which consist of limonite mine production, estimate mine opex and mine capex. Develop mine plan for bulk sampling test to support mine study and provide quarterly forecast as per integrated Business Plan requirement meet the target to ensure reliable production.
• 7. Implement mine technology and innovation improvement in project to sustain business productivity and reducing mine operational cost.
• 8. Implement and monitor the execution of new mine project development (access road, dyke, disposal, quarry) on schedule, cost effective spending and provide the solution to prevent the risk which may impact to production target achievement.
• 9. Control and monitor assumption to be used for the budget and coordinate the preparation of mine budget (including production and cost profiles, supplies, support and service, mine development contract and critical success factors) to ensure project budget optimization.
• 10. Prepare regular report related to project such as RKAB (Guidelines for Work Plan and Budget) report, Mineral Conservation Report, etc. and present it to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on quarterly and yearly basis in order to comply with Government regulation requirement.
