Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Mine Planning Engineer to support short-term mine planning and field execution in a remote Kalimantan location. The role involves data collection, validation, and analysis of production metrics, plus coordination with survey, geology, and operations teams.

You will assist in pit design updates, drive operational optimization, and prepare daily to monthly technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Familiar with mine planning software: Surpac, Deswik, Micromine.
• Willing to work on-site in a remote location on an 8:2 roster.

Role Summary:

Provides technical support for mine planning and production monitoring activities, ensuring alignment between design and field execution.
