Job summary

Resindo Group in Bekasi, Indonesia, seeks a Senior Process/Metallurgical Engineer to lead mineral processing plant designs and BoP concepts. You will coordinate with Mechanical Engineers to ensure integrated systems and deliver rigorous process documentation.

The role focuses on metallurgical design, PFD/UFD creation, mass and hydraulic calculations, and feasibility across FEL to commissioning, with emphasis on test evaluation and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and valid BNSP certification related to Metallurgical or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in mineral processing or metallurgical engineering.
• Experience preparing engineering deliverables: PFDs, UFDs, process descriptions, datasheets, calculations, and reports.
• Strong understanding of process-system interactions with equipment, piping, slurry transport, and BoP infrastructure
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct metallurgical process design, analysis, and optimisation for mining projects.
• Develop process design criteria and design bases for mineral processing systems.
• Prepare PFDs, UFDs, and support P&IDs; perform mass, hydraulic, and capacity calculations.
• Define plant throughput, recovery, and product quality requirements.
• Review metallurgical test work and translate results into design requirements.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers on equipment sizing, layouts, and specifications.
• Prepare and review design criteria, process descriptions, and technical reports.
• Provide engineering support through FEL, FEED, Detailed Design, construction, and commissioning.
