Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Minerals Processing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of metallurgical experience.
• Strong background in metallurgical laboratory testwork and process development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and development of the metallurgical laboratory in Indonesia.
• Design, manage, and execute metallurgical testwork programs from bench-scale through pilot plant activities.
• Develop process flowsheets and provide technical solutions for mining and mineral processing projects.
• Analyze metallurgical test results and provide recommendations to clients.
• Prepare technical reports, metallurgical balances, and project documentation.
• Manage client relationships and support business development activities.
• Mentor and supervise metallurgists and laboratory technicians.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality, and operational standards
