Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in an FMCG company or Modern Retail/Supermarket.
• Experienced in understanding basic planograms, display management, and stock rotation (FIFO).

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability and displays are aligned with the planogram in every store.
• Conduct regular checks on pricing, stock levels, and expiration dates in stores.
• Prepare weekly visit reports and product display condition updates for the Sales Team and Brand Manager.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding promotions, sampling, and other in-store activities.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to support product visibility and sales performance across our modern retail partners. This role ensures that all products are well-displayed according to planograms, properly stocked, and rotated using FIFO standards. The Merchandiser works closely with the Sales Team and Brand Manager to maintain strong store relationships, monitor market conditions, and deliver timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Min. 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in an FMCG company or Modern Retail/Supermarket
• Experienced in understanding basic planograms, display management, and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Strong communication skills with proven experience coordinating with sales teams and retail partners
• Detail-oriented, highly proactive, and willing to conduct routine store visits based on schedule
