The role emphasizes serving as a technical expert for clients, providing on-site support, and collaborating with business development to tailor solutions to customer needs. A strong focus on safety, reporting, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering subject.
• Experience as Senior Authorised Person or Authorising Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical and Confined Spaces.
• Experience with a wide range of building service engineering systems.
• Customer facing across a varied customer base.
• Proven track record of technical problem solving.
• Ability to produce technical reports.
• Flexibility to provide support at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal client facing technical expert across all service lines.
• Provide onsite teams with general engineering support as required and in emergencies.
• Provide Business Development team technical support to provide solutions to meet varying customer requirements.
• Liaise with wider business solutions to promote innovations in both new technology and service solutions.
• Act as Senior Authorised Person/Authorising Engineer for the division.
• Provide occasional OOH support for account teams (planned and emergency).
