Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering subject.
• Senior Authorised Person or Authorising Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical and Confined Spaces.
• Experience with a wide range of building service engineering systems.
• Customer facing across a varied customer base.
• Proven track record of technical problem solving.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Able to produce technical reports.
• Flexibility for short-notice support.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal client-facing technical expert across service lines.
• Provide onsite engineering support and emergency assistance.
• Support Business Development with technical solutions.
• Promote innovations in new technology and service solutions.
• Liaise with QHSE team and promote customer wellbeing.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Ensure CBRE GWS Technical Safety Rules are followed.
• Produce standardised documentation and processes for site teams.
• Drive standardisation of best practices across contracts.
