Job summary

Shopee is seeking a data analytics professional to work closely with the Data Analytics and Marketing teams to drive performance insights and informed decision-making. You will handle deep-dive analyses, ad-hoc data requests, and continuously improve weekly reports for directors and C-level stakeholders.

You will also contribute to data interpretation with accuracy and timeliness, explore new analytical approaches, and help uplift the team's analytical capabilities.

• Work side-by-side with the Data Analytics team and Marketing team to build performance analysis and provide insights to assist in business decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and process ad-hoc data requests for campaign marketing.
• Continuous improvement on weekly strategic reports for directors and C-level.
• Take an active role in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness.
• Explore independently new approaches to analyze and present data.
• Support and develop team’s analytical skills.
