Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Growth, Demand Management, Strategy & Planning, Business Analyst or similar role in Payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven strategies to grow transaction volume and users with better unit economics through growth experimentation, new feature development, campaign management, crafting merchant acquisition strategy, and competitor analysis.
• Identify and execute new revenue opportunities including research, market analysis, financial modeling, pricing strategy, promotion planning, and implementation planning.
• Produce competitor analysis reports for management to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to reach team goals.
