Traveloka is seeking a Principal/Staff Market Manager in Flight Commercial to set the commercial strategy for a major region or carrier group. You will drive senior airline negotiations, own the economics, and influence market outcomes without people management responsibilities.

You will craft regional plans, optimize pricing and inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable supply. This role requires deep connectivity expertise and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in commercial, market management, or supply, with deep expertise in airline connectivity.
• Fluent in English with ability to persuade across partners and executives.
• Experience managing senior airline relationships and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational commercial plan for your region or carrier group.
• Lead the highest-value airline negotiations and partnerships, owning the economics and relationship.
• Build and improve the economics, pricing, and supply frameworks the domain depends on.
• Decide where to invest supply effort and where to walk away based on economics and strategic fit.
• Diagnose and resolve cross-cutting supply problems spanning pricing, product, and operations.
• Shape product, pricing, and operations roadmaps so supply scales across markets.
• Set analytical standards and present a clear point of view to commercial leadership.
