Job summary

Therighttalent is sourcing a Senior Finance Manager for a leading company in Southeast Asia. You will drive financial performance, implement robust controls, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, and coordinate audits.

The ideal candidate holds CA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent, a finance degree, strong IFRS knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. You will lead a finance team, manage treasury and regulatory compliance, and partner with banks and service providers.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified CA / CIMA / ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, treasury, risk management, and financial governance.
• Strong understanding of taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance management.
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to cross-border financial management, foreign exchange, and group consolidation reporting will be highly valued.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

• Build strong relationships and negotiate effectively with banks, financial institutions, and key service providers.
• Ensure appropriate asset protection, insurance coverage, risk controls, and contingency plans are in place.
