DP World Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a Senior Manager Finance to lead the Indonesia and Timor Leste finance portfolio. You will report to the Director – Finance, Indonesia – APAC, and manage a small team, driving accurate financial reporting and strategic analyses.

You will build robust financial models, oversee budgeting and forecasting, implement controls, and guide ERP implementations to optimize data architecture and workflows across the region.

Qualifications

Embark on an exciting journey as a Finance Leader and be at the forefront of shaping the financial landscape for our logistics business. Join us as a Senior Manager Finance, reporting to the Director – Finance - Indonesia – APAC. This position manages the logistics finance portfolio for Indonesia and Timor Leste and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be the trusted advisor to business unit leaders.
• Manage a small team and develop staff to ensure competency and appropriate succession within the Finance/accounting team.
• Provide leadership and create a rewarding, highly collaborative team-based culture, including mentorship and development of staff.
• Work with the regional/global finance team to prepare accurate, timely and reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports required by management and other stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and scale robust financial models to support strategic forecasting, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
• Develop and implement standards, procedures, internal controls, and processes in accordance with relevant accounting standards, legal regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasting and statutory and internal audits; and tax reporting and compliance.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with all the stakeholders in the business.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets for Senior management team.
• Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Act as the functional lead in the implementation of the new ERP system, leveraging a tech-savvy approach to optimize financial workflows and data architecture.
• Manage the annual internal/external audit process.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Prior Big 4 experience and Chartered Certified Accountant – ACCA certified or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience from multinational companies and/or Logistics/Freight-forwarding industries.
• Possess strong business acumen, with the ability to balance commercial and financial considerations to deliver commercial solutions.
• Experience in finance, with a focus on financial analysis, budgeting, and business partnering.
• Tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of how modern finance systems, automation, and data structures integrate into a multinational business.
• Experience with major ERP systems required (Oracle Fusion preferred) and strong exposure to IFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a proven track record of handling complex formulas, data manipulation, and building sophisticated corporate financial models.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Inspiring leader with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a natural mentality for breaking down silos and working cross-functionally across diverse regional teams.
• Pro-active with the ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical and deal well under pressure.
