Qualifikationen

• Minimum D3 qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial electrical systems, and inverter controls, PLC/SCADA.
• Experience using CMMS software.
• Ability to read P&ID, electrical schematics, and CAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities under downtime pressure.
• English language proficiency (reading manuals and meetings).
• Leadership and communication skills to coordinate technical teams.
• Project management, vendor negotiation, and strong communication capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for all critical machinery and facilities.
• Respond to and plan corrective maintenance actions for failures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement.
• Operate and manage CMMS for records, scheduling, and KPI reporting.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians and operators.
• Conduct mechanical design to increase equipment lifetime and simplify repair.
• Draft spare part drawings and design layouts for new machinery.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Procurement, and Project departments.
