Job summary

PUMA SE in Jakarta is seeking a Logistics Import & Compliance Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage import permits, PI quota, and related shipping activities. You will coordinate with planning, forwarders, and brokers to ensure on-time and compliant import operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations.
• Bachelor Degree/ Higher Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies.
• Strong knowledge of importation procedures and logistics documentation.

Responsibilities

• Understand Indonesian importation permits and requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning, Forwarder, and Customs brokerages to arrange shipments.
• Monitor PI quota submission and KPI, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Maintain and review SNI, K3L permits and related submissions as needed.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Inv, PL, BL, COO, LS) and ensure timely processing.
