Job summary

Gea Group in Jakarta seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive complex liquid processing projects from award to customer acceptance. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation and commissioning to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and to customer specs.

You will own project plans, budgets and risk registers, while maintaining safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years in project execution, engineering, commissioning or PM in dairy/food/process industries.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing customer-facing projects.
Capital equipment and turnkey process plant project experience.
Strong understanding of dairy/beverage processing technologies and mass/energy balances.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from contract award through engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, startup and close-out.
Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers.
Ensure milestones and contractual obligations are met on time.
Monitor performance, identify risks and implement mitigations.
Drive profitability through cost control and change management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
