GEA Germany GmbH seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning for liquid technologies projects. You will drive the full project lifecycle and coordinate stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Required: knowledge of process technologies for dairy, beverage, food, and liquid processing.
• Demonstrated project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing customer-facing projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from contract award through engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, startup, and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are met on time.
• Manage risks, changes, and profitability through cost control and resource optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder communication.
