Job summary

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cargo transportation practices, cargo care, and P&I insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor cargo loading and discharge plans.
• Ensure proper cargo stowage and vessel space utilization.
• Coordinate with terminals, stevedores, surveyors, and vessel crews.
• Monitor cargo handling activities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Verify cargo documentation and operational records.
• Address cargo-related operational issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cargo handling procedures and industry standards.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
