The role entails reporting day-to-day ship operations, documenting cargo and invoices, optimizing resources, and updating stakeholders while adhering to the company’s Integrated Management System and information security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics or a related field.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in documentation.
• Creative problem-solving skills to improve operational processes.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and timely work.

Responsibilities

• Regularly report day-to-day activity related to ship operations, starting from cargo receiving on board.
• Report if there are any problems when carrying out shipping operations.
• Check documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and other shipping-related paperwork.
• Optimize utilization of resources and prepare ship position updates.
• Update relevant stakeholders on daily tasks such as ship activities, personnel, refinery and fleet changes.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents or incidents and provide factual reports.
