About the role
We are a Holding Company with a new subsidiary within the Maritime Business. Reporting directly to the management team, The Liquid Bulk Cargo Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of cargo operations, including cargo planning, stowage control, and loading and unloading activities. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and monitor cargo loading and discharge plans.

Ensure proper cargo stowage and vessel space utilization.

Coordinate with terminals, stevedores, surveyors, and vessel crews during cargo operations.

Monitor cargo handling activities to ensure safety and compliance.

Verify cargo documentation and operational records.

Address cargo-related operational issues and recommend solutions.

Ensure compliance with cargo handling procedures and industry standards.

Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.

What we're looking for

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.

Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Port Management, or related field.
