Job summary

Indesso, headquartered in Jakarta, seeks a seasoned Organization Development & Learning professional to lead Training Needs Analysis across departments and manage the annual training calendar and budget. You will prepare materials, deliver internal training, and coordinate with external providers, ensuring alignment with company standards.

Minimum 5 years in OD/L&D or Training, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Organization Development, Learning & Development, or Training
• Proven experience in training coordination, training evaluation, and event organizing
• Strong knowledge of performance management, competency development, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments by identifying competency gaps based on performance appraisal results
• Develop and manage the annual training calendar and budget for internal, external, and in-house training programs
• Prepare, review, and distribute training materials and learning modules that support competency development
• Deliver internal training sessions and serve as a trainer for general and foundational programs
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with external training providers while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
• Conduct post-training evaluations to measure training effectiveness and its impact on employee performance
• Develop and maintain competency matrices for all job levels across the organization
• Manage and update employee training records to ensure accurate documentation of learning and development history
