Job summary

Blibli invites a seasoned leader to own the Leadership Development pillar end-to-end, partnering with executives to shape executive coaching, senior leadership development, and HiPo acceleration.

In this role you will design and facilitate programs for audiences from individual contributors to senior leaders, perform Learning Needs Analysis, and build measurement frameworks including Level 3 and Level 4 to demonstrate business impact.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in L&D, Talent, or Leadership Development
• Proven end-to-end leadership development program design
• Strong capability in learning program design, facilitation, LNA, curriculum development, and learning evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick)
• Able to analyze learning data, measure effectiveness, and produce actionable insights/reporting
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leaders
• Experience in managing vendors, trainers, or executive coaches
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own the Leadership Development pillar end-to-end (executive coaching programs, senior leadership development, HiPo acceleration).
• Design and facilitate learning programs, with ability to deliver workshops directly to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and translate business requirements into tailored learning solutions.
• Build learning measurement framework beyond satisfaction surveys — must be able to design Level 3 (behavior change) and Level 4 (business impact) evaluation.
• Act as thinking partner to Head of Talent Growth on strategic decisions and program prioritization.
• Engage with VP/Director-level stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate into capability strategies.

• Able to analyze learning data, measure effectiveness, and produce actionable insights/reporting
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leaders
• Experience in managing vendors, trainers, or executive coaches
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
