Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali, Indonesia, seeks a Senior Learning & Development Manager to drive strategic learning initiatives across FINNS, aligning training with business goals. You will lead the English Division, e-Learning Manager, and Learning Manager, shaping scalable programs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in L&D managing teams.
• Expertise in diverse training methods, including e-learning and leadership program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee English Division, e-Learning Manager, and Learning Manager to align with goals.
• Develop and execute strategic learning frameworks to enhance skills & performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement training needs.
• Leverage innovative practices and technology for impactful training delivery, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid methods.
• Assess training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage L&D budgets and optimizing resources for maximum impact.
• Drive a culture of professional growth and leadership development within the organization.
• Foster leadership development and succession planning through targeted programs.
• Collaborate with HR and senior management to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends for cutting-edge training solutions.
