Job summary

PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to own landscape end to end—designing new spaces, and maintaining mature trees, streetscapes and parks. You will lead an in-house team and coordinate with Estate Management and Project Development, overseeing contractors, budgets and plant health programs across large-scale sites in Karawaci.

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Agriculture/Horticulture with design experience.
• Minimum 7 years' experience including landscape maintenance or estate operations.
• Experience managing large-scale landscapes (townships, resorts, golf courses, industrial estates).
• Strong tropical horticulture knowledge: soil, irrigation, pests and diseases.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiar with Lumion or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Willing to be based in Karawaci and work in the field; good English.
• Preferred: SKK Konstruksi Arsitektur Lanskap or IALI membership; arboriculture and tree risk.

• Own the plant health program: soil, fertilisation, IPM, pruning and nursery ops.
• Manage tree inventory, risk assessment and replacement planning.
• Supervise daily landscape operations, maintenance crews and irrigation.
• Manage contractors: scope, tender, SLA, quality inspection and performance.
• Prepare and control annual landscape opex and capex budgets.
• Lead and develop the landscape team; coordinate with Estate Management, Project Development and Facilities.

Set estate-wide landscape design standards and plant palette; review submissions from external consultants

Own the plant health program: soil, fertilisation, integrated pest management, pruning cycles and nursery operations

Manage the tree inventory, including risk assessment and replacement planning for ageing specimens

Supervise daily landscape operations, maintenance crews and irrigation across all common areas

Manage contractors: scope, tender, SLA, quality inspection and performance review

Prepare and control annual landscape opex and capex budgets

Lead and develop the landscape team; coordinate with Estate Management, Project Development and Facility teams

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Agriculture/Horticulture with strong design experience

Minimum 7 years' experience, including landscape maintenance or estate operations — not design practice alone

Track record managing large-scale landscapes: townships, resorts, golf courses, industrial estates or similar

Strong tropical horticulture knowledge: species selection, soil, irrigation, pest and disease management

Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiar with Lumion or Adobe Creative Suite

Proven contractor, budget and SLA management

Willing to be based in Karawaci and work in the field regularly; good English

Preferred: SKK Konstruksi Arsitektur Lanskap or IALI membership; arboriculture and tree risk assessment; sustainable landscape practice
