About the role

Damai Putra Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Architecture Manager to lead and oversee landscape design and architectural projects. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java. As Landscape Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of landscape architecture projects, from conceptual design through to implementation and completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design and development of landscape architecture projects from initial concept through to final delivery
• Manage a team of landscape architects and design professionals, providing guidance, mentoring and supervision
• Prepare and present detailed landscape design proposals to clients, stakeholders and senior management
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project planning
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other specialists to ensure integrated and cohesive project outcomes
• Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocations to ensure efficient project delivery
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design standards, regulations and environmental requirements
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors and external consultants throughout project lifecycle
• Stay updated with current landscape architecture trends, technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline from an accredited institution
• Professional licensure or certification in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in landscape design principles, environmental sustainability and site planning
• Proficiency in landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations and environmental compliance requirements in West Java
• Leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
