Job summary

Damai Putra Group in Bekasi, Indonesia, is seeking a senior Landscape Architect to lead the landscape design for major development projects. The role requires ensuring the project vision, aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability are realized from concept through implementation.

You will review concepts, materials, and details, coordinate with internal teams and consultants, and lead the Landscape Design team to deliver high-quality designs that meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, preferably in property development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong expertise in landscape planning, conceptual design, and design development.
• Strong understanding of landscape materials, detailing, sustainability, and design implementation.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape planning and design for property development projects, ensuring alignment with vision, aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability standards.
• Review and provide direction on landscape concepts, design development, materials, and design details.
• Ensure consistency and quality of landscape design from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and Estate Landscape teams to ensure effective design implementation.
• Lead and develop the Landscape Design team while managing design quality, feasibility, and project requirements.
