Job summary

PT Hyundai Engineering Indonesia Facility Management is seeking a landscape professional to oversee maintenance projects and coordinate subcontractors in West Java. The role covers planning daily activities, monitoring equipment, and ensuring work quality from field to final inspection.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of landscape experience, and strong English and CAD/MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate landscape maintenance and landscaping projects.
• Plan daily landscape maintenance activities such as watering, weeding, trimming, fertilizing, and planting.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule and to standard.
• Monitor landscape areas, vehicles, machinery, and tools.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure work meets required standards.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, records, receipts, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate purchase of materials, plants, equipment, and other landscape needs.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, bidding documents, and negotiations for landscape work.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions and follow-up actions.

Give instructions and monitor subcontractors to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule.

Monitor the condition of landscape areas, vehicles, machinery, and tools.

Conduct final inspections to ensure completed work meets the required standards.

Prepare and maintain project reports, records, receipts, and other related paperwork.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is carried out according to the agreed scope.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate solutions and follow-up actions.

Prepare estimates, quotations, bidding documents, and negotiations for landscape-related work.

Coordinate the purchase of materials, plants, equipment, and other landscape needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects.

Good to advanced English proficiency.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

Good knowledge of landscape maintenance and project work, including related paperwork.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with customers and subcontractors.

Willing to work in the field and handle both field and administrative work.

Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and a fast learner.

Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
