PT Beaute Haul Indonesia (Beautyhaul - Somethinc) is seeking a KOL Executive to manage influencer operations and optimize campaigns. You will analyze data to select suitable influencers, build relationships, and drive brand engagement with the marketing team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 3 years' experience in KOL/Influencer management, with a strong network of influencers in the beauty sector, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year of experience as a KOL Executive.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for managing KOL/Influencer operational performance and improving content quality and effectiveness.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to select the most suitable influencers/KOLs for each campaign.
• Develop, execute, and optimize influencer marketing strategies end-to-end.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs/Influencers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that increase brand engagement through KOL/Influencer collaborations.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on KOL campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
