Job summary

PT. Credo Indonesia is seeking a highly organized KOL Specialist to manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish in Jakarta. You will identify talent, negotiate contracts, brief creators, and ensure high-quality content delivery while analyzing campaign ROI.

With 2+ years in KOL/Influencer Management, you will build a strong local network across Mega to Nano influencers in Beauty and FMCG, manage budgets, and coordinate with finance/legal for invoicing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in KOL/Influencer Management, especially in Beauty/FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KOL lifecycle from scouting, outreach, negotiation, and contracting to content briefing and posting schedules.
• Draft clear briefs and review KOL content to ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain a local network of Mega, Macro, Micro, and Nano influencers in Beauty and FMCG.
• Coordinate with finance/legal for invoicing and collect all administrative documents.
• Monitor post-campaign analytics and generate actionable reports to optimize strategies.
