Job summary

Indonet is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Cloud Solution Architect to design end-to-end cloud architectures across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

You will collaborate with Sales to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and ensure security, scalability, and cost optimization while integrating cloud with ISP services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of cloud engineering, solution architecture, or infrastructure design experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with ISP environments, networking, and connectivity (VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, peering).
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture: HA, DR, security.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end cloud architecture solutions tailored to customer and business requirements.
• Design and architect end-to-end cloud solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate cloud solutions with ISP services (connectivity, network infra, data center).
• Provide technical consultation and support during client engagements, including solution presentations and proposals.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and cost optimization best practices.
• Work with network and infrastructure teams to integrate cloud solutions with ISP services.
• Review and validate technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Support cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to improve offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end cloud architecture solutions tailored to customer and business requirements.
• Design and architect end-to-end cloud solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate cloud solutions with ISP services such as connectivity, network infrastructure, and data center capabilities.
• Provide technical consultation and support during client engagements, including solution presentations and proposals.
• Ensure solutions meet best practices in security, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Work closely with network and infrastructure teams to integrate cloud solutions with ISP services (connectivity, bandwidth, data center).
• Review and validate technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Support cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service offerings.

The successful candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, solution architecture, or infrastructure design.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with ISP environment, networking, and connectivity solutions (e.g., VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, peering).
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, including high availability, disaster recovery, and security.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or pre-sales support is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are preferred.
